Shipping Generally our turn around time is 5-7 business days for monogrammed or embroidered items.  We ship USPS and the the buyer pays for shipping and handling, and insurance if required.  Illinois orders require a 6.5% sales tax. We are dedicated to providing quality products you will love, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with any undecorated item purchased, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price within 15 days, providing merchandise is in perfect condition (minus shipping charges).  When ordering a personalized item, please be sure the spelling is correct, as we are  unable to accept embroidered items for return.
